S3DA Design is providing full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering design services for a project in Provincetown, Massachusetts. Our scope includes complete mechanical design with specifications, heat load calculations, HVAC floor plans, and a rigid ductwork distribution system secured to the building structure, with mechanical equipment located in the basement mechanical room. Electrical design includes lighting and power plans, receptacles required for mechanical systems, pool/spa equipment integration, panel calculations, single-line diagram (SLD), and panel schedules. Plumbing design includes specifications, domestic water and sanitary layouts, 2D riser diagrams, and natural gas plans with an isometric riser diagram—supporting a coordinated, code-compliant permit-ready MEP package.
