- Mechanical (HVAC) Design: Comprehensive comfort system design based on a precise Heat Load Report (Manual JDS). We designed the rigid ductwork secured to the structure for efficient air distribution, produced detailed Mechanical Floor and Roof Plans, and provided all necessary schedules and calculations.
- Plumbing Design: Full utility distribution system design covering all domestic and utility needs:
- Domestic Water and Sanitary Systems: Detailed floor plans and 2D Riser Diagrams for water supply and waste drainage.
- Natural Gas Distribution: Complete floor plan and supporting Isometric Riser Diagram for safe and efficient gas service.
