MEP Engineering Design – Hermosa Mixed-Use Development (Office + Residential), Dana Point, CA
Our team is providing the complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering package for a new mixed-use project in Dana Point, California. The development includes residential units, a commercial office shell space, roof deck amenities, and provisions for future equipment.
Our mechanical engineering scope includes HVAC specifications, heat load calculations, mechanical floor and roof plans, and refrigeration/condensate piping layouts, supported by full equipment schedules and design details.
The electrical design covers comprehensive lighting and power plans for the entire building, including dedicated lighting for the roof decks, panel schedules, load calculations, and a complete single-line diagram. Provisions for future jacuzzis, BBQ area utilities, and all required low-voltage coordination are included.
Our plumbing design provides domestic water and sanitary drainage plans, stormwater systems, natural gas distribution, isometric risers, and all required schedules and specifications to support future rooftop amenities and tenant upgrades.
Additionally, we are delivering Title 24 energy compliance modeling, offering the owner multiple equipment and envelope options to achieve the desired performance levels.
This project demonstrates our ability to deliver fully integrated, code-compliant MEP solutions for modern mixed-use buildings with complex residential and commercial components.
