S3DA Design delivered full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering services for the project at Colonial Parkway in Katy, Texas. Our scope included HVAC system design with heat-load calculations, mechanical floor and roof plans, and rigid ductwork engineered to integrate with the building structure.
The electrical design package featured lighting and power plans, panel schedules, and a complete single-line diagram to ensure a safe and reliable electrical system. Plumbing engineering included domestic water and sanitary drainage plans, riser diagrams, and natural gas system design with isometric schematics.
All drawings and calculations were developed to be fully coordinated, energy-efficient, and compliant with Texas building codes—ready for construction and permitting.
