Scope Highlights: 

  • Structural Design: Load analyses and calculations for foundations, shear walls, beams, and connectors, along with detailed plans for framing, shear walls, and structural sections. 
  • Mechanical: Code-compliant ventilation design and Manual S calculations for energy efficiency. 
  • Electrical: Power distribution, lighting plans, outlet layouts, and panel schedules to ensure functionality and compliance. 
  • Plumbing: Water heater sizing, pipe design, sewer/vent layouts, and gas system plans with isometric diagrams.
