Our scope includes full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design to ensure efficiency, safety, and code compliance.
Mechanical Design: Specifications, heat load report, detailed floor plans, rigid ductwork distribution, roof plans, and full schedules with calculations.
Electrical Design: Specifications, lighting and power layouts, schedules, calculations, single-line diagrams, and panel schedules.
Plumbing Design: Specifications, domestic water and sanitary drainage layouts, 2D riser diagrams, natural gas plan with isometrics, and schedules with calculations.
