Our team is providing the full structural engineering package for a modern two-story ADU and residence of approximately 11,000 SF in San Diego, CA, which also includes a pool. The scope covers complete permit-ready structural drawings and calculations per the 2022 CBC and ASCE 7-16 standards.
Deliverables include detailed structural analysis and design for foundations, slabs, shear walls, framing systems, stairways, and pool structures. Plans will consist of foundation, framing, shear wall layouts, roof plans, pool structural sections, and comprehensive structural details. Two rounds of coordination are included, ensuring code compliance and constructability, with additional revisions available as needed.
