Our comprehensive structural services include detailed loading analyses for wind, seismic, snow, dead, and live loads, along with calculations and designs for all key elements such as foundations, shear walls, columns, beams, floor joists, headers, stair stringers, guardrail posts, trusses/rafters, and connectors. Deliverables encompass foundation plans, roof framing plans, shear wall layouts, building sections, and typical details with notes and specifications.
On the MEP front, our mechanical design covers specifications, heat load reports, floor and roof plans, rigid ductwork for HVAC, schedules, calculations, and details. Electrical services feature specifications, lighting and power floor plans, schedules, calculations, single-line diagrams, and panel schedules. Plumbing includes specifications, domestic water and sanitary drainage plans, riser diagrams, natural gas plans, isometrics, schedules, and details. Fire protection entails full design drawings, specifications, zoning and sprinkler plans, hydraulic calculations, and pump sizing per NFPA 13D if required.
