We are providing complete MEP design services for a 4-story multi-use container restaurant development in Bridgewater, Rockingham County, Virginia.
Our electrical scope includes incoming service from utility transformers, a full power distribution system, interior and façade lighting, exit signs, outlets, and rough-ins for low-voltage systems. The mechanical scope consists of a new HVAC system with load calculations, air balance, kitchen exhaust and make-up air, restroom exhaust, and complete air distribution plans. The plumbing scope covers new domestic water, sanitary and vent systems, condensate collection, heater selection, isometric diagrams, and detailed equipment schedules.
