Initial Request: Our client was seeking for a two-story cottage style house with a four Seasons Sun-room to make a perfect enclosure for a swimming pool- relaxation under the stars after a hard day at any time of the year – especially being wonderful in the winter time. There also had to be a screened porch, with access from the kitchen included.
