S3DA initially provided MEP design services for the church’s multipurpose hall, covering efficient mechanical ventilation, power distribution, and compliant plumbing systems. Recently, we were awarded the structural design contract, expanding our involvement in this project.
The structural scope includes foundation and slab-on-grade design, wood framing analysis, shear walls, moment frames, and elevated floor systems designed for gravity and seismic loads.
This project highlights S3DA’s ability to provide comprehensive engineering solutions for places of worship and community spaces.
