S3DA was awarded a project to provide comprehensive Structural and MEP engineering services for a convenience store and car wash structure. The scope includes structural calculations and detailed drawings for foundations, framing, shear walls, and more. Our MEP design covers a new HVAC system, power distribution, lighting, plumbing services, and Title 24 compliance documentation to ensure the project meets energy standards.
