S3DA completed the Electrical Single Line Diagram for 1006 Liberty Tower Church at 5132 Elkhorn Blvd Sacramento, California
The scope of work was a new incoming electrical service from the utility transformer to the main distribution board. Provide a complete power distribution system (distribution, sub-distribution, and final branch circuit panel boards). One-line diagram.

]]> Our structural engineering team provided full structural design services for the Nation Church project located in Connerville, Oklahoma. The scope of work included comprehensive engineering for the foundation system, floor framing, roof framing, shear walls, and structural detailing to support a new church facility. 

The building was designed using a wood-framed structural system supported by reinforced concrete foundations. Special attention was given to load paths, lateral force resistance, and constructability to ensure long-term structural performance and code compliance. 

Key elements of the structural scope included: 

  • Reinforced concrete footings and foundation walls 
  • Wood floor and roof framing systems 
  • Engineered shear wall design to resist wind loads 
  • Roof framing layout coordinated with architectural geometry 
  • Detailed sections and connection details for construction clarity 

The structure was designed in accordance with the 2015 International Building Code (IBC) and International Residential Code (IRC), along with applicable local amendments. Design loads were carefully evaluated, including gravity, wind, and roof loads, to ensure safety and durability for public assembly use. 

Clear structural plans, notes, schedules, and construction details were prepared to support permitting, inspection, and efficient construction. 

This project highlights our experience delivering reliable, code-compliant structural engineering solutions for community and religious facilities, balancing structural integrity with architectural intent.
