HVAC Design delivered a new system with load calculations, air balance, office air distribution, restroom exhaust fans, and a warehouse ventilation system.

Plumbing Design covered domestic water, sanitary and venting systems, mechanical condensate collection, water heating, and full plumbing layout, drawings, and schedules.

Energy Compliance documentation was prepared for plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems in accordance with state-approved prescriptive methods.

This project strengthens the facility’s infrastructure while ensuring compliance, comfort, and efficiency for both athletic and office use.

The scope of work is Structural and MEP design for the following items:

The design package includes a Structure design and a Foundation design. Structural slab on grade, Carwash trench, Structural shear wall, columns, or post as per Seismic and gravity loads, Strong walls, or Moment frames, Main Beams and structural elevated floor joists, beams, Roof joists, or rafters, main beams, and headers.

The mechanical ventilation per mechanical code requirements and manual S calculation per energy code requirement. Also, single line diagram and demonstrate the electrical power distribution system/concept, panel schedules electrical circuits, and electrical outlet location per code requirements. We are providing an isometric diagram for cold/hot water and gas piping. Finally modeled the building envelope and building system by the latest EnergyPro for Title 24 compliance.

The plumbing scope focuses on services specific to the kitchen remodel. 

In addition, our team is preparing Title 24 energy compliance documentation for plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems, using the prescriptive method and state-approved formats. This integrated design ensures efficient, compliant, and reliable building systems tailored to the new layout.
