A key feature of this design is the rigid ductwork system, specifically engineered to be secured to the building’s structure for superior durability and airflow distribution. We also provided detailed roof plans and schedules. 

• Electrical Infrastructure: Comprehensive lighting and power floor plans supported by Single-Line Diagrams (SLD) and detailed panel schedules. The design ensures code-compliant power distribution throughout the residential units and common areas. 

• Plumbing Engineering: Full design of domestic water and sanitary drainage systems, including 2D riser diagrams for clear vertical coordination. We also engineered the natural gas distribution system with a complete isometric riser diagram to ensure safe and efficient delivery to all appliances.

The plumbing system was designed to support all residential units with properly sized domestic cold and hot water distribution, sanitary waste, vent piping, and condensate drainage, ensuring reliable operation and long-term durability. Fixture layouts were optimized to align vertically between floors, reducing piping complexity and improving installation efficiency. 

Special attention was given to: 

• Coordination of plumbing risers through multiple floors 

• Proper venting strategies to meet code requirements and prevent pressure fluctuations 

• Integration of condensate drain piping with mechanical systems 

• Clear routing of waste and vent piping to minimize conflicts with structural elements 

All designs were prepared in accordance with local and state plumbing codes, applicable sections of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), and city permitting requirements. Detailed plans, notes, and coordination layouts were developed to support a smooth construction process and successful inspection approvals.
