The home was going to be one-story, slab on grade. It should utilize propane instead of natural gas and should include the mechanical room in the garage square footage. The owner would like to have an attic fan too. The owner was looking for a &#8220;comprehensive, efficient and intelligent MEP design&#8221;, that&#8217;s why S3DA was chosen.<\/p>\n<p>This was a project in development, where the owner was looking for ideas for improvement as well.
