Referral Program

We have always teamed up with architects, real estate agents, and developers to assist them with Structural and MEP engineering services. But today, we are asking you to be part of our professional network and get rewarded only because of being blessed with great leads.

For each client, we pay you the commission as follows:

– 10% for contracts less than $10,000
– 7% for contracts between $10,000 and $100,000
– 5% for contracts more than $100,000

We have an official referral contract, called an MoU (memorandum of understanding). Once signed, we’ll be officially bound, and you can start referring leads to S3DA Design.

If you want to stay more in touch with your own leads, no problem: we can white-label our services to you, and you can work as a middle-man and charge your clients according to your won contract.
