We delivered a complete electrical design package focusing on power infrastructure, distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems for a new or renovated facility. Our work established a robust, safe, and efficient electrical backbone ready to support all modern operational and code requirements.
Our detailed scope of work included:
- New Service & Distribution: Engineered the new incoming electrical service connection from the utility transformer to the main distribution board, including the design for the complete power distribution system (distribution, sub-distribution, and final branch circuit panel boards).
- Lighting & Controls: Design for all safety and aesthetic lighting, including new exit signs, interior lighting, building façade lighting, and control systems.
- Power & Rough-ins: Complete power distribution design for all major mechanical equipment (HVAC) and miscellaneous equipment, along with specifications for all new outlet rough-ins and rough-ins for future low-voltage systems as directed by the owner.
