Our team successfully completed the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering design for a new residential addition located at 6440 Palmyra Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada.
The project was designed in full compliance with applicable code requirements, including the 2015 International Building and Residential Codes, International Mechanical and Plumbing Codes, NFPA NEC, and the International Energy Conservation Code. The residence is classified as Construction Type V-B.
Our scope included coordinated MEP systems to support the new addition, ensuring safe, efficient, and code-compliant integration with the existing home. This project reflects our ability to deliver permit-ready residential engineering solutions that meet local jurisdiction requirements while supporting efficient construction and long-term performance.
