Our team is providing comprehensive Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering design services for a new project in Ogallala, Nebraska.
The structural scope includes full gravity and lateral load analysis in accordance with IRC and ASCE 7, foundation design based on geotechnical recommendations, and detailed design of load-bearing walls, shear walls, holdowns, columns, beams, headers, and slab-on-grade or combined footing systems. Deliverables include foundation plans, coordinated roof framing plans with the truss manufacturer, shear wall layouts, structural sections, and detailed construction notes and specifications.
The mechanical design features HVAC system specifications, heat load calculations, mechanical floor and roof plans, rigid ductwork layouts, and complete schedules and calculations to ensure occupant comfort and system efficiency.
The electrical scope includes lighting and power layouts, load calculations, panel schedules, and single-line diagrams for safe and reliable power distribution.
The plumbing design covers domestic water, sanitary drainage, and natural gas systems, supported by riser diagrams, isometrics, schedules, and detailed calculations.
This project reflects our integrated engineering approach, delivering coordinated, code-compliant solutions tailored to the project’s structural and building system requirements.
